In conjunction with our powder coating service Colourtec are also experienced in Liquid Paint Application. We are able to apply wet paint finishes to your products or components. Our plant has both manual and fully automatic spray equipment so we can process one off’s or handle large production runs.

Types of product vary from PVF2 for architectural extrusion and panel to Hi Temperature paint for the fire and heating industry. We also apply various wet paint coatings to alloy wheels.

Architectural Application

PVF2 Premium Architectural Coatings

Colourtec Services is the sole approved applicator in New Zealand for spray applied PVF2 and PVDF finishes for Architectural use. These finishes are available in Metallics and Pearlescant colours with proven superior exterior performance.

With exposure data going back almost 40 years these products manufactured by companies such as PPG Industries, Orica, and DuPont offer the ultimate in UV stability.

Used for Hi-Rise architectural aluminium and corporate signage, these coatings provide service life well in excess of 20 years and carry a manufactures warrantee of performance.

Hi Temperature Paint

As part of our wet paint product range we also apply Silicone Based Hi Temperature paints for the heating industry.

Suitable for temperatures up to 650oC continuos and peaks of 800oC these products are ideal for solid fuel heaters and flue components.

Another benefit of these coatings is as they wear with time they can be touched up on site to give your appliance a new look.
