Hi Durability

Hi Durability Warranted finishes for Architectural Aluminum Extrusion and Panel.

Colourtec is approved by all major coating manufacturers to apply a range of Hi Performance powders for Architectural use including Metallics, Pearlescents, and Solid colours.

Our range includes PVDF Powder Coating and Hi durability polyesters. Colourtec has exterior exposure on Polyesters going back over 20 years.

Application

Metallic Finishes

Powder Coat Metallics give eye-pleasing appearance for Architectural and stunning appliance finishes.

Colourtec can apply metallics up to a class 1 paint finish for the appliance industry.

Textures

Powder Coat Textures are ideal for hiding substrate imperfections like spot welds and scratches. Textures are available in a range of textures from fine sandpaper feel to ripples and leather looks. Hammer and Vein finishes are ideal for machinery and equipment finishes.

Hi Temperature Powder Coatings

These new development powder coatings are true Hi Temperature silicone systems. Developed from a blend of resins and pigments to provide service up to 650oC.

Available in smooth or texture finish this product can be formulated in a variety of colours and metallics.

Applications include solid fuel heaters, gas fires, and Hi temperature light fittings.

Wood Finishes

Heat Sensitive Substrate (HSS) Powder Coatings

Low temperature cure is a new development especially suited for products that have not traditionally been able to be powder coated.

Powder Coatings are now available to coat Engineered Wood (MDF), Plywood for exterior use and Plastics.
